As a small event with limited spots we strive to maintain a family-like atmosphere and stay true to the vision of the event. For this reason, participants' selection is based not only on dance level, but also on other factors that define the character and spirit of the event.
To ensure good balance and diversity, we will take into account a balanced role ratio and apply quotas per country.
For couple passes, both partners must register individually. A couple pass is only valid if both applicants are accepted.
All the re-sales must go through us as well by sending us an email.

As dancers and passionate festival-goers ourselves, we know that the dance floor is the most important part of the experience. The venue hosts several events weekly and fully transforms to fit the needs of its visitors so for our needs it will be transformed to a great dance floor with wooden floor, to make spins and grooves to the best music of our Dj's unforgettable.
Prices are fixed. The event is of a closed nature so there will be NO TICKETS selling at the door.
At the BPM experience, we strive towards a balanced leader/follower ratio, so that everyone can have an amazing time. In case you cannot make it, you can sell your pass, but please note that sales should be made between leaders, or between followers only, ensuring that our balance is maintained.
ALL THE SALES MUST GO THROUGH US. To complete the pass transfer, contact us via email and we will provide further details. The deadline for the pass change is October 25th 2026.

The hotel has a café and a restaurant which serves buffet breakfast. The reception is open 24 hours a day.

You go to the nearest bus stop called KINO ŠIŠKA and use city bus (NUMBERS: 1, 3, 5, 7, and 8) and make your way to the city center.
The bus ticket can be paid for via phone or credit card as you board.
If you want to stretch your legs, you can also safely walk wherever your heart desires -
it should take you about 20-30 minutes to get to the center at a leisurely pace and about 10 minutes to
make your way to Tivoli Park for a coffee or a snack.
Or you can always call a taxi - ask for a reliable recommendation at the M Hotel reception.

Our event has a limited number of available spots, with the aim of creating a safe, connected, family-like and high-quality dance experience for all participants.
To ensure this, the organizers reserve the right to selectively accept registrations. Submitting a registration does not automatically guarantee acceptance to the event.
When selecting participants, we consider several factors, including:
